ADVISORY BOARD
The Technology Incubator’s Advisory Board serves as an outside resource for entrepreneurs. By providing coaching and mentoring services and linking incubator clients to the business community and North Dakota State University, the Advisory Board plays a critical role in assisting entrepreneurs as they start and grow their business. The Advisory Board also advises and recommends new ideas and opportunities involving the incubator operation to the NDSU Research & Technology Park governing Board of Directors.

Responsibilities
1. Assist in the evaluation and selection of eligible incubator clients.
2. Provide on-going support for the development of policies/procedures for incubator programs and facility operations.
3. Market the Technology Incubator to stakeholders, business and community leaders, and client businesses.
4. Support the Incubator Manager in establishing and managing a professional services network, coaching/mentoring program, and investor relations.
5. Assist with business and community fundraising.
6. Provide coaching and mentoring services as needed to incubator clients.
7. Annual review of programming, benchmarks and accountability.
