General Information

Most conference sessions are available at no charge. Fees apply for lunch and dinner keynote sessions. Conference attendees attending lunch and/or dinner will be billed $15 for lunch and $35 for dinner per person. All fees must be paid in full prior to attending the conference. Cancellations received no later than April 2, 2008, will be refunded, minus a $25 fee. No cancellations or refunds will be available after April 2, 2008.
