Craig Dresser....In 1990, Mr. Dresser co-founded Barrington Corporation, a software development company which designs and sells software for the purpose of moving money electronically. Barrington’s primary market is to financial institutions and their corporate customers. His primary responsibilities were managing the accounting, finance and reporting requirements while also being it’s Sales/Marketing and support functions helping to make Barrington one of the premier ACH software providers in the country. He currently provides advisory, development and managerial assistance.

A co-founder of Intercept Corporation, Mr. Dresser has held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since its inception. Intercept is currently a leading ACH processor handling over 40 million electronic transactions annually. His initial responsibilities again were managing the accounting, finance and reporting requirements of the company in conjunction with the operational development, sales, marketing and support. He currently focuses on product development and overall business management.

Mr. Dresser has worked with numerous companies, financial organizations and individuals helping to bring them into the electronic payments industry. He has over 19 years of experience in the ACH industry and has consulted with both National and Regional organizations. He holds a BS degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. 

David Majkrzak....Mr. Majkrzak has spent the past 35 years developing new products and prototypes while managing human and financial capital.  Currently, he is the Vice President of Engineering for Echo Inc, in West Fargo, ND.  Mr. Majkrzak is responsible for all current products and new product design and development for the Crary Industries Division, of which he is a founding owner.  Before Echo Inc, Mr. Majkrzak worked for Steiger Tractor in Fargo, North Dakota.  There he held titles such as Reliability Manager and Manager of Research and Development.  Mr. Majkrzak also has extensive experience as an engineering consultant and entrepreneur.  Currently, he has 15 patents issued for his own designs, with three additional applications pending.

Mr. Majkrzak received a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and a MBA from Moorhead State University.  He also has pursued additional education at the University of Minnesota and North Dakota State School of Science.

Wilbur Wright....Mr. Wright has spent the past 40 years helping small to mid-sized companies with their specific business needs in both public accounting and supporting roles.  Currently, he is employed by Eide Bailly LLP, where he is a Tax Partner.  Mr. Wright has held other public accounting roles in the past with Charles Bailly & Company, Haugen, Wright, Johnson & Mohagen, Mcgladrey & Pullen, and KPMG.  Mr. Wright’s experience in a supporting role consists of employment with Hallmark Cards, Peavey Company, and the U.S. Army.

Mr. Wright holds a variety of professional designations and licensures, including: Certified Public Accountant in North Dakota and Minnesota, Accredited Estate Planner, and Personal Financial Specialist.  He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of North Dakota.
